Puriri Flat is a small boutique vineyard, nestled on a North-facing slope, overlooking the inlet and the Matakana river.

We specialise in growing grapes on a small scale, processing them by hand in our tiny winery (complete with A-grade license) and then completing the further fermentation process to fine wine vinegar in French oak barrels.
  • Our Red wine vinegar is from our Merlot, our White wine vinegar is Chardonnay and our infused fruit and herbal vinegars are from our cider apple orchard.
  • Our extra virgin cold pressed oil is from hand picked local olives. Each year it gets the ‘gold standard’ from the laboratory.
  • Our lime & lemon infused oils are flavoured with citrus zest from our own fresh fruit and leaves.
  • Our whole property is run on organic principles, using no toxic sprays or commercial fertilizer.
We maintain our low prices by running a small family business and recycling our bottles where possible.
